Bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated, featuring stunning hardwood and tile floors throughout. With 3 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances and kitchenware, our home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each bedroom is generously sized each has ceiling fans for your comfort.

The house is located about a 3 min walk to the beach and in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Outside, enjoy your own private deck, gas grill, and each has their own driveway. The large backyard is shared since the house is a duplex (you cannot access the unit from the interior only exterior access) it offers plenty of space for picnics, barbecues, and outdoor fun.

Perfect Family Getaway

Everything was perfect for the whole family! We made use of the outdoor grill and loved walking the beach and around the neighborhood. Perfect spot on Pine Point!

Great stay!

Loved the location and the fact that the property is exactly as described. The owner was very fast to respond to questions and even graciously offered to ship us a small souvenir we left behind. Would stay there again!

Charming, clean, wonderful property!

This is the perfect home for a family vacation on Pine Point! The unit is in great condition, has a very nice backyard, and has everything a family needs for their stay. It is a short walk to Bayley’s Lobster Pound as well as Pine Point Beach. Everything is easily accessible by foot - even with small kids. Highly recommended!

A GREAT LOCATION IN PINE POINT

My family and I have been vacationing in Pine Point for over 25 years staying at various locations. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and she was always prompt to respond. The beach is a few minutes walk. Bike paths and restaurants nearby. Portland and Freeport are a short drive...for shopping on the non-beach days! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
