Beautifully remodeled condo in South Palm Desert just up from El Paseo and nestled in between Ironwood Country Club and Bighorn Golf Club. Three bedroom, two bath in the well appointed gated community of Indian Hills. Complete with 2 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, 6 pools, and 2 spas. Walk in the front door to a great room with a fireplace, gorgeous kitchen with an island eating area as well as a dining area with views of the southern mountains and pool off the patio. Also enjoy dining on the patio or relaxing on a chaise lounger while being steps from the pool area. There are three bedrooms complete with a large primary bedroom ensuite, a secondary guest room with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed and desk for the remote worker. There is even an atrium with a fountain that can be used as a meditation/zen area or a private place for morning coffee. This condo is light, bright, and everything is new. This is a 30 day minimum rental or more. Please feel free to message for any questions regarding dates and length of stay, etc. You won't be disappointed.
