The Manors at Westridge is a gated community conveniently located right off HWY US - 27 and minutes away from the Champions Gates area. Westridge offers a community pool, children’s play area, BBQ area, soccer pitch and tennis court which are all available for guests to use.

Just a few minutes away is Berry Town Center which has a Publix, shops and a good selection of restaurants including Applebee's, IHOP, Mia Pizza, Sunday's Grill and a few other restaurants.

Nearby Posner Park is home to a Target, Ross, Dick's Sporting Good, Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes, Dollar Tree, Cici Pizza, Pet Smart, Books-A-Million, JC Penney, Chick Fil-A, Best Buy and Cinepolis IMAX. Also, there is a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by.

Disney can be reached in about 20 minutes, Universal Studios in about 30 minutes and SeaWorld in about 25 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 60 minutes, gulf coast in about 60 minutes and Orlando International is 35 minutes.

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa at The Manors at Westridge with its own private pool.

Bedroom 1 is a queen master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom with full bath and separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 is a queen master with a T.V and bathroom.

Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are both twin rooms with T.Vs and a shared a bathroom.

The family room has two large comfortable sofas, a big TV, and a DVD player for you to enjoy.

The formal living room has two comfortable sofas, a great place to read a book.

The formal dining room has a table which seats eight.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and hob and fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook with an additional table that provides seating for four along with bar stools.

There is a large screened pool which can be heated if required for an additional charge. The spacious pool deck offers a lanai with sun loungers, a table and chairs.

The garage houses the washer and dryer along with the games room which has a pool table, and a foosball table.

The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. If you need to ring long distance or International you will need to purchase a calling card from one of the stores. There is free Wi-Fi so just bring your devices and log in.

ALL OUR POOL HOMES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

Loved everything from start to finish. Especially the pool after a hot day to relax in at night. Having seen some of the negative comments I can only say we never had any problems with anything. Would stay there again without any question.

Lovely Home

A really great stay, the layout was fantastic with a separate lounge for the kids to use. Very clean and tidy, pool area was good although the seating could have been more comfortable. A couple of very minor gripes, the beds were very soft and made a lot of noise if you rolled over. The pool table was broken at one end and so was lopsided. As I say minor gripes but we had a great time. We did pay for pool heating as we were there in March, this was quite efficient.

Excellent house

The house was a perfect fit for me and my daughters. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which we had heated and it was comfortable. We probably used the pool table more than the pool. The layout of the house is perfect. The beds were comfortable. You will not feel you are on top of each other in this home...after being in the Theme parks all day, that is refreshing. We were close enough to the theme parks without being in the middle of the night time rush hour after they close. Restaurants and Grocery stores are close by. There's even a British bakery right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is large and the pool is lovely. I would definitely recommend paying extra for the pool heat. The location is good. Traffic can be heavy at times, but it was spring break. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the bathrooms are adequate. The property manager was great when we had an issue with the pool heat. My only complaint is that the listing indicated there was a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen in the guest room, however there was no king bed. There was a queen in the primary and a full in the guest room, which was uncomfortable for our guests. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house and pool

Nice house with nice pool. Beds were a little uncomfortable but the private pool makes up for it. Good location and it’s gated community. The house could have been a little cleaner. But all was good.

Great location

Perfect place for a quiet vacation. Private pool was amazing and the house was very spacious. The only downside to the property was that it could use a deep cleaning like the carpets, cupboards etc. Even with that we would still rent this property again!

Relax in Davenport

Spotless, clean, roomy house with an amazing pool and game room. The gated neighborhood was super quiet and private and the bushes in the backyard offer even more privacy. 25-30 minutes away from Disney and Universal Studios. Overall, very comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would definitely rent again!

Nice property

My family enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean and close to everything. Our only complaint was that the pool was cold. We paid an extra for pool heat. Outside temperatures were near 90 everyday but pool was too cold for anyone to enjoy. Our pool in Indiana without heat is warmer. Don't waste your money on heat.
