Wonderful and clean place to stay. The yard was superb and the home was bordered by a hay feilds and pasture for horses. We cannot wait until we get back to this rental. It is a great place to base camp from to explore the mining districts of the mountains and the colorful desert canyons-and less than 20 minutes from Black Canyon NP. A Great VRBO Rental!!!

Jeeping in the San Juans

The home was our base for 10 days of jeeping the San Juan mountains. After long days we were able to come home to a very nice clean home that had everything we needed. Great Stay. Recommend highly made himself

Nice house , great fenced in yard

The house was very clean and updated , since I had dogs with us the fenced in yard was wonderful. We stayed here due to all the hiking locations under 1 hr drive. It was nice not to be right in the middle of a town or housing track

Convenient Location

This is a fairly well maintained property. It was very clean, with comfortable accomodations. My only issues were with a very poorly equipped kitchen and the patio furniture was in very poor state. That being said, this would be a great place for families who want to be close to Black Canyon NP but are planning more on restaurant eating.
