Beautifully updated condo in quiet community with large shade trees. Located on very quiet loop away from the busyness of the city. Newly remodeled kitchen allows for dining. Bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub for a relaxing bath after a long, hard day at work. Living room is a great place to just relax or gather with friends. Walking distance from, two city parks - soccer fields, green belts, and a high end grocery store. All-In-one laundry provides the ease of laundry inside the unit. Neighbors friendly yet very respectful. Life is GOOD here! During the warm weather, you can enjoy the refreshing pool with plenty of room to sunbath or picnic at a poolside tables. This condo is a short drive from Old Sac and ideally located to explore SF & many Northern California attractions.
