Great home and location. Loved the wide open kitchen-living area. We had 6 adults and 5 kids(2 under 1 year old). Plenty of room for all of us. I would love to have had a few more coffee cups and pots and pans.

5 stars across the board!

We had the absolute best stay at this property. It was clean, spacious beyond accommodating for 2 families(could fit more) loved it so much booking our next years trip immediately! We were able to cook have family dinners and sleep soundly in here. Couldn't recommend this house more!

The property was great, location to beach was great. the 2 rooms with bunkbeds, did not get enough AC to be comfortable. All in all it was a great stay and fit 11 of us comfortably.

Location, location, location — close to the beach, mini golf, sunsations, ally oops and candy kitchen. Outdoor heated pool was a great amenity. It is a shared pool with 2 other units but we had it to ourselves all 4 days of our stay. The ac in the home was good. The king bedroom was comfortable. This home says it can accommodate up to 14, but our group of 10 did not fit comfortably. Two bedrooms are bunk beds. One bunk was good but the other bunk room was not comfortable at all. It was a metal bed that squeaked when you turned around in bed and was crammed into a small office size room with no space for luggage or to walk around the bed. The beds had plastic mattress covers that made some family member sweat and not able to sleep well due to plastic noise from movement. The sleeper sofa mattress and comforter were stained and there were no extra sheets or comforters in the unit. The owner was very responsive when this was reported and brought clean sheets, pillowcases and a new comforter to the unit. Our family cooked breakfast and lunch at the unit in the beautiful kitchen each day but found the pans provided were old, worn and bent. The kitchen sink leaked and then the garbage disposal didn’t work causing a very slow drain. The owner did not respond when this was reported. While this is a new construction it was also evident that property needed some refresh.
