Great location to Fisherman's Wharf, shopping and Highway. Nice neighborhood. Loved having the pool right outside of door.

Location, location, location!!

This was a wonderful place and the perfect location! It was close to everything and made our day trips so convenient! Juliet was quick to respond to our few needs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it! There aren’t a lot of frills but it met all our basic needs and was comfortable. It is pet and family friendly.

Punta Gorda Spring Break

Great property for our family! I was really impressed with the amenities included like garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, foil, and toilet paper to name a few. I know it seems small but it's so great to not have to set up a whole household for a few days.It was also a well stocked kitchen with pots and pans for cooking. Loved going to the fish monger nearby to get fresh fish and cook it up for dinner. The pool was great, warm and refreshing. House was clean. It included a garage door opener for easy access.

Charlotte Park

We had a few problems and complaints during our stay but the owner did her best to correct the problems and make us happy. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The elderly lady that lives behind the house is very nice. We talked to her quite a bit. Never caught her name but she was nice. If you stay here and want to go to the beach, there aren't any close by but about 30 miles away we visited Boca Grande and it was beautiful, we found sharks teeth and lots of shells there. Also, Manasota Key Beach was nice too. We visited the Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda to see Santa and check out the shops and festival of lights. The house is 3 miles from the airport and 3 and a half miles from Walmart and walking distance from convenience stores and a pizzeria at the end of the street., montys. The food and service is good there. We had a few rough days during our stay but we enjoyed Florida. It's cold here in Maine where we live.

Arrival not good, but overall good

Upon arrival, the home had not yet been cleaned. We arrived late (2:30am) as we had driven about 18 hours straight. Was up until about 5:30am washing the bedding and towels. Contacted the owner and let her know of the issue. She did correct it by refunding us that night and our cleaning fee, but it still left a bitter taste from the start. There is only a Keurig that does up to 10oz servings at once, so be prepared with K-cups. We are avid coffee drinkers, so not having a regular coffee pot was a little bit of a downer, but whatever. Having an on-site pool was awesome! Also, might sound silly, but the fridge and washer are amazing. The washer basin is HUGE. Made washing laundry before leaving back for home a breeze. Only things I could have asked for that wasn't provided was, obviously, for it to be cleaned upon arrival, and maybe some packets or a notebook that guests can write in to future guests about what they did or fun spots to visit, or tips/ tricks from prior guests. Overall stay was good though. Location is nice because it is a short walk to the gas station if you want to get a soda or something. Also has a Publix, Dollar General and Walmart in close proximity as well.

We promise it was the first time and will be the last time! It would never happen again!! Meanwhile we are happy to hear that you had a great stay despite the problem. Glad you enjoyed the location , pool and amenities. Most guests prefer Keurig today . But we’ll consider a regular Coffee pot.
