Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Augusta Island. The house is very well-kept, and it has just enough room for us. It sits directly across from the pool, which the kids love. And the new cabanas make it even nicer for the parents to enjoy.

Great Fall Break!

The location was seconds from gulf shores and the gulf state park public beach access which was easy to park, get in and on the beach.

Small Utopia!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute BEST!!! If you are visiting for baseball/softball tournament, this is your small Utopia. Our boys were able to walk the trail to/from the Sportsplex. The lazy river, slide and pool was the only entertainment needed. We had team/family dinner nights under the pavilion. Everyone had a blast!!! It was well worth the price.

My family and I had a lovely time. The house was amazing and very clean. The property was also clean and the kids had a blast in the pool. We will definitely be back and have already recommended Beach Villa Resort to family and friends!
