This vacation home is perfection !!! Our host Brenda went above and beyond making sure our stay was a5 star experience’n can’t wait to return location is in a beautiful location with water views from living and bedroom areas and being pet friendly is a bonus!!

This was a charming home and fabulous location, convenient to New Haven and surrounding areas. The host was delightfully nice and wonderful to deal with! The home itself was a great layout for a couple of families, and kids. The view was soothing to the soul, and sitting and having a cup of coffee in the morning was all we needed to unwind and relax! The house is fully equipped for whatever you need. Linens and towels were well organized, and the beds incredibly comfortable! We will be back next year! Thank you for the amazing night in East Haven!!

Wedding Weekend

We came in for a wedding and this was the perfect house. Close to airport, venue, and a beautiful view. The owner communicated quickly and was extremely accommodating to our weekend schedule. The house was not only super clean, but adorable!!!

Well run and set up VRBO

Great view from the front of the house. Stayed for two nights while our teens were playing at a sports tournament at Yale (literally ten minutes away) Property is as described and well managed. Brenda the owner is responsive and helpful.

Modern Cottage with Captivating Views

As we drove towards our rental, we first saw the wide water views and park in front where we could walk each day. Then entering the property realized that we were beginning to experience an unusually open and modern interior with bay and sound views from most of the quite large rooms, which were much like the photos. And we were able to get to Yale, Mystic, Old Saybrook and Lyme with short drives. The AC system was a nice surprise as we could easily adjust room temps to our individual preferences. We accidentally stained a carpet and Brenda Falcone quickly took care of it for us. Could go on.com
