Why they chose this property

I chose ChampionsGate because of where it sits, 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, with Universal and the rest of Orlando an easy drive out. The community is gated and residential, so when you come back at the end of the day, it's quiet.

The Oasis Club is what sold me on it. Lazy river, splash park, heated pools, tiki bar and restaurant, fitness center, and theater room, full access included in your stay. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by too, so a supply run never cuts into your day.

What makes this property unique

Most homes near Disney give you a private pool or resort amenities. This one gives you both, your own pool and hot tub in the backyard, plus unlimited Oasis Club access included.

The home was fully remodeled in 2024. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms mean nobody's sharing a bed they didn't sign up for, and two bedrooms are on the ground floor, good for grandparents or anyone skipping stairs after a long park day. Two of the kids' rooms are themed, and they're usually the first place children run when they walk in.

Built for groups traveling together: multi-generational families, two families splitting a trip, and anyone who needs room to spread out.
