We were able to work to town to take the Trolley Tour, to go shopping, and to go to dinner. House was clean. Used the grill outside on the patio and ate our dinner there as well.

Miriam, thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location, allowing you to walk to the Trolley Tour, shopping, and dinner. It's also great to know that you found the house clean and enjoyed using the grill on the patio. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!
Nice place, good location, walkability, and had all that we needed. FYI- if you have bad knees or mobility issues the steps are steep and both bathrooms are on 2nd floor. All-in-all great place. Would recommend.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found the location convenient and walkable. We appreciate your feedback about the stairs and bathroom location, which can be helpful for future guests with mobility concerns. We're delighted you had a great overall experience and would recommend our place. We hope to host you again in the future!
Nice and tucked back in corner lot. Patricia had everything for morning coffee. Which was wonderful.. Upstairs and downstairs. So if someone had problems with stairs would not recommend. But otherwise perfect…
Very Nice Place with a Couple of Caveats to be Aware Of
The inside of this place was very clean, neat and well stocked. We had a very comfortable stay but I want people to know that the neighborhood is so-so. The good news is that it is right across from the police station, but also next door to an abandoned building and the house in front of this cottage had bats flying in and out. The other thing some folks would want to know is that there are two bathrooms but they are both upstairs - steep, wooden stairs. Anyone with mobility issues might find this a problem. All in all, we had a good stay, I just want people to know about these issues.
PS While the immediate neighborhood isn't great, it very quickly gets better and is very convenient to the main town center - very easy to walk, and we never felt uncomfortable.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that you found the inside of our property clean, neat, and well-stocked, and that you had a comfortable stay.
We appreciate your honesty about the neighborhood. While it has its unique characteristics, as you mentioned, it is directly across from the police station and conveniently close to the main town center, making it a safe and accessible location. We're glad you never felt uncomfortable during your stay.
Your note about the bathrooms and the stairs is very valuable. We will make sure to highlight this in our listing so that guests with mobility issues are aware beforehand.
Thank you again for your constructive comments. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
