Great place and location.

Nice property, enjoyed our stay. Only issue is there is something with the water heater going on. We could only get one brief shower at a time, then had to give the hot water heater time before the next one. Everything else was great and we liked the property.

Excellent condo at reunion resort

Great property in great location for south Orlando attractions including Disney. Can easily accommodate 6 adults in 3 bedroom property with bathroom in each bedroom. We did have issue with local TV box not working, but decided not to contact property management as smart TV provided sufficient entertainment.

Close to Disney. Beautiful community. The property is ok. Need some repair like The water and ice from the fridge didn’t work. The microwave was damaged and some curtains broke

Lots of space

This is a really nice, spacious condominium and not a bad drive to the Disney parks. We enjoyed being able to spread out at The end of the day. It was warmer than we like it at night with restrictions on thermostat settings. Additionally, one bathroom and mold rings in the toilet like it had been sitting for months so it was obvious the cleaning crew didn't check it. The resort area had sidewalks everywhere making for nice morning walks. Overall a good place to stay, especially for the price.

Loved Resort, Condo Poor Condition

Enjoyed the hotel restaurants and bar. Eleven was one of our best experiences. Loved the fireworks display for New Year's Eve; one of the best ever seen. May pool was very clean and inviting. Reunion staff was very accommodating and friendly. Disappointment was the condo. No lock on patio door. Kitchen was NOT stocked. Condo very used vs photos. Needs updating. Patio furniture was horrible.

After your visit to our main office and extending three extra nights we understood all expectations were met in regards to the home. As a rental property, it is common to have wear and tear on the unit amenities as they are heavily used. All amenities included in the home are inspected and replaced upon need. The lock on the patio door was loose, to which we were made aware at departure and we addressed the concern the same day. Wonderful accomodations!

We stayed at this luxury condo in October. The communication prior to arrival was excellent, important given our late arrival. Everything was better than expected; room sizes, furnishings, kitchen. Our only snafu during the stay was the A/C which wasn't working when we arrived. The Reunion Resort team was wonderful in answering all our questions, helping to troubleshoot, and even offered other accommodations the 2nd night until it was repaired. Excellent customer service! The location worked fine for us although a bit further afield. We never took advantage of the pools as we visited family staying elsewhere. This rental was perfect for our family and we look forward to returning.

The condo was very nice. Just a few notes. We did not have any additional toilet paper and the utensil drawer was impossible to open because the dishwasher was in the way. The bathroom in the front bathroom could use a better light. The cushions on the balcony could use a good cleaning. The moldings could use a touch up and there seemed to be a leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom.

Dirty apartment, damp, musky & moldy. Balcony views were a construction site which we were never informed about (different view from the online picture). Couldn't sit out on the balcony at night as the lights didn't work.

False advertising pics on VRBO website

We were happy with the size of this property, even though it was definitely dated. I was hoping to be able to post pics on this review, but I don't see any way to do that. We have stayed at Reunion Resort in the past and have been happy with our rentals. We specifically chose this one because of the view off the back of the balcony, based on the picture on the website (of a wide view of the golf course). When we got there, we looked at the balcony, and the view is of a very ugly new construction blue and white building right behind this property. The wide view of the golf course is NOT what you are going to get if you rent this property. We were only staying 2 nights, so it wasn't as important to us as if we were there for a week. But I hope this review helps anyone going forward if they don't change that photo on their website listing.

Reunion Resort

My stay here was great! Walmart was less than 5 minutes away to buy groceries for the stay, the water park was smaller than most but still enjoyable. The security was wonderful and it's a fair distance from attractions. Would definitely recommend and return.

Locked Out

The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had the bare essentials. Our keyless entry malfunctioned the entire week. Not happy to be locked out. Luckily, I had my phone to call the management company. They had to come let us in. They were unable to adequately repair the lock so we had to ask for keys. The management company was wonderful but this should never have happened.

Disney Holiday

Only thing to complain about was DVD player no remotes working well and would have thought a TV would have been in HD Found the condo to be very quiet which was a good bonus.
