Truely enjoyed our vacation. Condo was clean and bright. Loved all the windows and light. Pool right across the street was awesome! Large patio was perfect. Matt and Katie always a pleasure to work with!

Wonderful Condo

The condo is wonderful and very clean! Great corner unit with tons of windows and a great wrap around porch that overlooks beautiful grounds. Would highly recommend!!! Hosts were also very responsive!

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very polite and accommodating and had even put in a fun game of finding hidden Mickey Mouse stickers that had been placed throughout the condo. The condo itself was very well-kept and well furnished for what we needed during our stay. We have stayed with them before, and it was just as stellar. We fully recommend staying with them if able.

As you can see from our other 5-star reviews, the home is very clean and we also inspected it personally before you arrived and found no issues. I am surprised to now hear that you consider $130 a high cleaning fee for a 3 bed/2 bath home with linen laundered, kitchen cleaned, mopped, vacuumed etc plus starter supplies left for you - this is also a lot lower cleaning fee than other same model homes on Vrbo. You didn't contact us at the time with any concerns, and I just followed up with you privately and you confirmed that it wasn't anything significant and more your personal cleaning fixation as you clean for a living, so thank you for confirming that. I am so glad it was a great stay and you would return!

Very Disappointing StayWe have been visiting the Kissimmee/Davenport area two to three times a year for more than 30 years, as we have family in the area. Our usual vacation rental was recently sold, so we were hoping to find a new place that would become our go-to for future visits. Unfortunately, this was not it.The biggest disappointment was that the area surrounding the condo is an active construction zone. This was never disclosed before booking. Had we known, we would have chosen another property. It is difficult to relax on vacation when you're surrounded by construction noise and activity.Other issues we experienced included:The bedding in the primary bedroom had a noticeable body odor and did not appear to have been freshly laundered. I ended up washing the sheets myself before we could use the bed.The beds were very hard, and the pillows were completely worn out and flat. None of us got a good night's sleep during our stay.The air conditioning is locked and cannot be set below 71F. At night, the condo felt stuffy.The garage, where guests are instructed to dispose of their trash- trash bins were full and infested with maggots, and the smell was horrible The property states that trash is collected regularly, but that was clearly not the case during our stay.Overall, we were very disappointed. This was not a good guest experience! All of our reviews previous to this guest have been 5 stars, including the previous guest that checked out THE day this guest arrived. The previous guest experienced NONE of the issues that this guest claimed to experience - the home is NOT on a construction site, the home was fully cleaned and inspected on her day of arrival, and everything was fresh, clean and in order. Her communication was terrible and she did not reach out to us during her stay with any concerns. It was a strange guest experience, she arrived a day late, and was here for a funeral, (So maybe this affected her mood?) she abused the AC system by setting it very low which we ask her not to do. This review says more about the guest than the home and we ask you to please check all the other 5-star reviews that this home has. The trash is inside of a garage which is only to be used for trash, not for guest use. It is probably 110 degree in the garage all day with trash, yes, it will smell and yes there will be flies and maggots in the trash, this is unavoidable in the summer, but the garage is only there for the trash. This home has been full with short term rentals for the last 9 months with a rating of 4.85 over 90 reservations on the other well know booking site.

Perfect location for golf and parks. Close to restaurants and grocery store made everything easy. No issues getting in or during stay. Kids loved their own bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.
