The house was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles you could ask for. My kids loved playing badminton and cornhole in the private backyard. The AC worked very well even in the extreme heat. I would definitely return

Quiet neighborhood near Newport

Girls’ weekend in Newport and could not have chosen a better home! Close enough to everything without the crowds and congestion.Ryan was the consummate host property was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and stocked with all the conveniences of home. He was very easy to reach and even offered some rainy day activity suggestions.Would highly recommend for group or family getaways or for those just looking for a little extra room to relax. Definitely keeping on my list as a place to return! Thank you, Ryan!

Beautiful house close to Newport

Ryan’s house was beautiful both inside and out. The house was fully sticked in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. He even had activities to do outside. We’ve rented houses previously and this is by far one of the best houses we’ve been to in term of hospitality, cleanliness and. Comfort. If we ever come back to the Newport area, we will definitely be returning back to this house!

The neighborhood is quiet and filled with amazing neighbors. At the bottom of the street is a small beach/boat launch which allows access to kayak down the Narrow River

What makes this property unique

The large yard is awesome for hosting, and outdoor activities/games. I provide some of my favorite lawn games for others to enjoy. The elevated ceilings give it a grandiose feel. The home is fully stocked with beach essentials and everything you need to enjoy the high season of summer in beautiful Narragansett
