Walk in and boom — you’re hit with big, open spaces full of good vibes and plenty of room to kick back with your crew. This place has all the stuff you need for a great time, whether you’re rolling in with family, friends, or a little bit of both.
Inside, you’ve got four bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, a main-floor guest room with a queen bed, a fun and family-friendly bunk room featuring two double-over-double bunk beds plus a portable crib for the little one, and an inviting upstairs guest room with a double bed and a twin day bed. Thoughtfully set up to accommodate up to 10 guests, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to relax, spread out, and feel right at home.. The open kitchen flows right into the big living room—so you can cook, snack, chat, and hang out without missing a beat.
Cool evenings? Fire up the wood stove and swap stories. Got a competitive streak? The game room`s packed: foosball, ping-pong, air hockey, a 8ft shuffleboard table, plus all the board games and puzzles your brain can handle.
Outside, it’s just as sweet. There’s a fire pit for s’mores and laughs under the stars, a chill back deck for your morning coffee, and our sneaky little “secret” deck where you can hang by the brook. Yeah, a real mountain brook. Feel free to take a dip if you`re feelin` bold — it’s nature’s cold plunge!
And yes, the hot tub is ready when you are — we give it a deep clean before every stay so it’s fresh, sparkling, and good to go year-round.
For movie nights or catching the game, we’ve got two monster TVs (65” and 75”) — one upstairs and one in the game room. So go ahead, bring your popcorn.
Location — Boom! You’re in the middle of it all. Wanna hit up Storyland? It’s just 2 miles away — basically around the corner. Diana’s Baths? That magical little spot with waterfalls and good vibes? 5 miles. Cathedral Ledge? 6.5 miles. That’s a scenic selfie waiting to happen.
Shopping more your thing? North Conway outlets are only 8 miles out — so you can grab deals, ice cream, and maybe a flannel or two.
And hey, snow lovers — we got you. Attitash is just 4 miles away. Cranmore’s 8 miles out. And if you’re feelin’ adventurous, Wildcat is 18 miles up the road — totally worth the drive for those killer views.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
