Bright and spacious the garden suite offers a retreat feeling one mile from the University of Oregon and across from a serene oak savanna with excellent hiking trails. Enter through the red gate, up the path to your private entrance & patio.
The space
The garden suite is newly remodeled with a clean, modern feel. With a private entrance and patio area, you will feel like you are in your own retreat while you are a guest in the Meadow View Garden Suite.

The efficiency kitchen has a coffee maker, electric kettle, convection oven/toaster and microwave. All plates, mugs, silverware and glasses you'll need.
Guest access
This garden suite has a newly remodeled bathroom and large bathtub, as well as a private entrance and patio. Free Wi-fi.
Other things to note
Also on the property is The Meadow View cottage. Located on the upper level of the property the cottage features a full kitchen, vaulted ceiling and skylights. Guests who have stayed there have described it as private, quiet and cozy and it has had rave reviews over the years. For larger families, both spaces can be reserved at a reduced rate.

Relax and enjoy our 'front 40', the oak savanna, good walks in the woods leading into Hendricks Park. There are maps available of the trail system and more, allowing you to get out and explore all that Eugene and Lane County have to offer.

This place was very close to campus and everything that we were looking to visit while in Eugene. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and had all of the accommodations needed for our trip. Host is very nice. Property is lovely. Loved listening to the birds on the patio. Only negative was learning how to avoid UofO on campus move-in day, but once learned we were comfortable getting around town.

Quiet and Comfortable

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable which is always nice when staying away from home. The property manager provides excellent communication. Compared to some of the hotels in the area, this is a great place to stay for a couple or small family.

A dreamy hillside retreat overlooking an expansive sunset field, with all the comforts and amenities of home. Delightfully appointed, truly comfortable bed with yummy sheets. Bright bathroom with inviting tub. Great selection of books on the shelves, perfect compact kitchen/dining with a private garden just outside the suite with another table & chairs for drinks or a meal, fairy lights at night. Lovely living space to commune or watch TV. Compact, yet plenty of space for a long stay.

Cute place...cozy!

We enjoyed our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. The outdoor areas were amazing! One thing I found was the draining of the tub took a while after a shower. Also when I booked I had thought it had a separate bedroom and then a place to sleep in the living room. This is all one room. The couch bed was pretty hard and not very comfortable.. overall a very nice place and close to town and U of O campus.
