Bad Check in process
The place was nice. But the experience with the owner was terrible. He had an issue with his booking price not being accurate (which was not my fault) so he ignored all my messages for the first week after I booked. He delayed my check in time because he didn't' want to rent me the place at the price I booked. I had to call the hotline and stay on hold for over 40 minutes to finally get him to respond and release the access code nearly 2 hours late. I was stranded in New Orleans waiting on him to let me in.

Response from VrboOwner on 19 Apr 2024
Randall came on the busiest Friday of Mardi Gras. The property was not yet ready to list on Vrbo, but Vrbo made a mistake at made the listing live. The rates were wrong. He stayed in the property at Mardi Gras for a very low rate. I ride in a parade and was busy on the afternoon he checked in. I accommodated him as best as I could. He stayed in the property and did not comment on the property or the great deal he got.
This will not happen again. The host.
