Great Place

Nice cabin with all the amenities. Comfortable furniture. Huge TVs. Nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. There was construction in process below us which was sometimes distracting. Mentioned it to the manager and it got much better.

A beautiful cabin at a scenic location

Jill’s Cabin is a gorgeous place and perfect for a couple. It has been tastefully decorated and gives you a feeling of being right in between the woods and mountains. We loved our stay with our pet at Jill’s. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay was taken care of. We had some network issues when we tried to check in as the door lock was jammed and wouldn’t open with the code but Jill was very patient and tried her best for us to get the key out of a lockbox. Apart from those few mins of hustling for the keys, our entire stay was perfect and would definitely go back again soon.

Spacious yet Cozy

We stayed in the newly refurbished cabin #20 above the yet to be refurbished office. We had a private parking spot, and a huge wrap around balcony porch (wraps halfway around the building) just for us. The inside was so spacious with tons of storage/closet space, modern kitchen (it could use a few more pots/pans/baking pans), huge laundry room stocked with laundry pods and dryer sheets to use in the full size stacked washer/dryer, comfy king sized bed, and modern bathroom with hotel-like soaps. The very long entertainment center (I think homemade) was a perfect counter to keep all of our backpack/hiking stuff in order and ready to go each day. Just steps away from RMNP entrance, and a short drive away from everything in Estes, it is a prime location. We would definitely stay here again!

Rocky Mountain Getaway

When we arrived we could not get in to our room because it had been locked with the key so our code did not help. I reached out by e-mail and someone called me back and helped with the code to get the key. We were then able to open the door. I must say the steps up to the second floor were very dangerous for someone who has neuropathy in there legs and feet and uses a cain. Had I known about the stairs at the time of booking I would not have made the booking. Not having a hand rail made it more dangerous and would have been most helpful. How do the steps pass inspection? Also the night before checkout we had no hot water and there was also no hot water. Other than these issues we loved the property especially the location.

When I booked this room my intention was to reset as I suffer from a TBI and I have had a lot going on lately.I wanted peace and quiet.I get daily headaches and migraines and I wanted to just reset my nervous system.about 3 hours into my check-in which the place was fairly beautifully decorated properly and rustic.it would have been nice to have a Keurig instead of a coffee pot cuz I don't drink a pot of coffee a day just a cup here and there.and the pans were not non-stick so I went to cook sausage and pancakes for dinner and my sausage stuck even on a low temperature what a mess.I went to take a hot bath and instantly doors downstairs started slamming!as someone with a TBI and also chronic severe PTSD I reached out to the host and asked them to ask whoever was slamming doors to stop!every time it happened I would jump! it was nerve-wracking I was sobbing!it got so bad after 2 hrs and going on 3 hrs that my service dog began to bark every time and I would scream because things were slamming and loud noises and people talking downstairs! I was told it was simply the laundry room and other guests were using the facilities.I kept expressing and begging for them to make it stop as it had me completely in a panic mode.I couldn't breathe.so then I proceeded to pack up my things to drive all the way back 1 1/2 hrs home which took me nearly 3 because I can't see after dark and it's unsafe.I expressed all of these things to them with no resolve. And then was told that once they reboo
