BEDROOMS (Sleeps 6): • Primary Bedroom: A retreat with a queen bed and its own Roku TV. • Bedroom 2: Features a versatile daybed (a pull-out trundle can be set up in advance upon request) and includes a desk and chair, creating a dedicated workspace. • Bedroom 3: Contains two comfortable twin beds.
KITCHEN & DINING: • Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. • Keurig coffee maker. • Compact washer/dryer for your convenience. • NOISE: The house is conveniently located at a corner in a residential neighborhood and across from a commercial plaza. You could also walk to a 24 Hour Fitness (1 block away) as well as restaurants/fast food/coffee shops. The front of the house is located on a small side street parallel to a semi-major street, while the back/side of the house borders a quiet residential street. While the dual-pane windows minimize most noise, some traffic sounds may be audible.
• MAINTENANCE: The gardener services the front and back yards on Tuesdays.
• MAIL: The mailbox is not available for guest use. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the address during your stay, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
