Can Chouline is a large family villa, set in private grounds, with an infinity pool. The villa nestles in the woodland and prairies that surround the lovely market town of Ceret and commands some breathtaking views.

The villa is approached from a quiet country lane and the grounds are entered through large gates, that open onto the private, secure grounds of the property. The villa itself comprises: Open plan living room with plentiful seating and air conditioning, a dining area which leads to both the fully equipped kitchen and onto a sun terrace. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with access to a shower room; on the first floor, there are a further 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one dormitory with five beds), another family bathroom and separate wc.
In the basement there is an extra appartment with a bedroom (double bed), a shower, a separate toilet and a sitting room. (This can be rented apart from the main house, but not on itself)

To the outside of the property, there is a large terraced area that leads to the infinity pool and large summer kitchen, so that you can dine alfresco in the sun or in the shade. From the pool area, you can take full advantage of the grounds which are laid partly to lawn and partly wooded. There are a private tennis court, swings and a trampoline in the garden.
