This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is pet friendly and sleeps 10 people! The home also has a spacious dock for all your boating, kayaking, fishing, and jet skiing needs along with a tropical pool. Key Colony Beach is a family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Marathon perfectly safe for nature walks and biking to get ice cream. Come see all that the Florida Keys has to other like watching manatees and pelicans from the backyard and enjoying a beautiful sunset you won't want to leave.
This home can only have a maximum of 2 boat trailers parked but if there is more than one it is an additional $150.

Boat access to the gulf and ocean were supreme. Kids fished off pier and caught sharks! Great family bang out home. Host is awesome and easy to talk too. Boat trailer for 30 foot boat fit in driveway.

The house was ideal for our family of 10! We had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins from the dock. It’s a little over an hour drive to Key West so not too bad.

Location and view were fabulous! Pool is heated so can swim anytime. House was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. Host was super quick to answer any questions. Was able to go on a walk around the neighborhood daily, friendly people. Awesome farmers market every Tuesday! Would definitely stay again!

Booked this house for a family Thanksgiving getaway and it didn’t disappoint. Location was perfect. We brought a boat with us and it gave us easy access to the Atlantic or gulf. And Key Colony was nice and quiet. The only bad part was having to leave.

This was the perfect place for our family Christmas vacation! The house was spacious with many resources and necessities that made our stay feel like home. My granddaughters loved the heated pool! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe taking walks to Sunset Beach and the local playground. It was an easy drive to grocery shopping, attractions, and restaurants. Our host was easy to work with and communicate with. My family would be glad to stay again in this house and area.

Amazing property and stay!

This was the most beautiful house ever and had so much space and privacy! Everyone was very happy about the stay and we had to best week ever. Lots to do in the area and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and book this property over and over again!

Great house in a great neighborhood

We rented this house for our wedding, we had a total of 9 people with us and we had more than enough space. Everything about the house and neighborhood was perfect, nice pool, on the water, great little beach down the street to watch the sunset with the neighbors and a great local bar restaurant.

Magnificent property

We could not have been happier with our stay. The neighborhood is charming. The view is spectacular. Very comfortable house. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space and not be on top of each other all week.

We had a great stay at this house. Accurately described. Wonderful waterfront location. The pool was nice and warm. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was clean. Plenty of towels. Our group of 12 enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

Middle Keys Family Vacation

We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time.
