Secluded Ocean Front Home

1 king size bed in master bedroom. 1 king size bed in downstairs bedroom. 1 Queen 1 full size bed in upstairs bedroom. 2 kids rooms one with a full bed and the other with one full bed and one twin bed. Front and back porches are a great hang out place. Play a game of volleyball in the backyard and jump in the pool to cool off. Please note the slide was removed due to liability reasons. The house comes equipped with a fantastic kitchen and two TV rooms. Beach chairs, umbrella and 2 kayaks are provided. Washer and dryer on the premises. The house was recently refurbished and has been furnished with high quality furnishings. A private beach cross over leads you to your private secluded beach step away from the back porch.

Perfect Family Treat

This beach home was perfect for our family.It is right on the ocean and great for the teenagers in our family who love to fish, watch sea turtles nest. The outdoor pool was perfect for the entire family.

Restful retreat

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids and their 3 friends. Many things to do if you love the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the beach, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball, boogie boards, turtle watching, and spike ball on the beach. Private, secluded, gorgeous. This was our second stay in this location.

Our annual family beach trip.

The property and location were excellent. Hardly anyone on the beach we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Grandkids love everything about this place and this was our first time renting a place with a private pool. We all enjoyed it after spending time on the beach.the best things about this place was everyone had their own space and the kitchen was definitely a treat it had everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal and we all took turns each night making fabulous meals. I would highly recommend this place not only for the location but the enjoyment you will get from renting this home. Until next year I think we found our piece of paradise.

Spectacular Florida Beach House!

The house has EVERYTHING you need for your extended stay. We had no need to go anywhere else during our stay with the options of using the pool or going to the beach everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Most satisfying vacation ever! We so enjoyed being able spend a week with our children and grandchildren in these spacious and comfortable accommodations. Truly a home away from home. Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach were just a few steps beyond the back yard!

Fantastic house

Loved the seclusion of the beach. Easy driving distance to restaurants. Pool would be great in summer. Kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need. Not much farther to drive to from Orlando compared to Cocoa Beach and no crowds.

Currently living in Miami. Born in France and well travelled. Hobbies include fishing, surfing, skateboarding snow skiing, guitar playing and hot rod building. Married with 3 beautiful kids (16, 21 and 23) who grew up on the beach outback.

Why they chose this property

Ocean front properties are hard to come by. New construction is limited and those homes that have been grandfathered in are a great opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The area is safe and a great place for kids to enjoy some freedom. The surfing is some of the best along the Florida coastline and numerous skateboarding parks are operating near buy. Orlando is only 1.5 hour away which gave a young family such as ours the opportunity to enjoy the area theme and water parks. The house is a great escape from our busy lives in Miami
