Everything about our stay was great. We stayed for the Final Four and were able to get in and out of downtown with ease. Great location. Would rent again if I’m in the area. Joe was fantastic to work with.

Great Location! My son’s wedding was at Avon Gardens - the home was perfect location - middle of both Indianapolis and the Gardens! Gorgeous Home! We had plenty of space for 6 people, comfortable home to visit with my brother and sister in-law that came up from Kentucky for wedding! The Host supplied some bathroom essentials as well as coffee for us to make in morning! Would definitely recommend the home and host!

Very Nice House!!

I brought a small group of students for the FFA National Convention. The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and nice, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would stay there again!

Perfect respite!

Our second stay with this property owner, and just like the last time it was perfect! In Indy for a swim meet, the layout of the house was the exact thing we needed to rest our swimmers between prelims and finals. Will be our only choice as a place to stay when visiting Indy for all the meets in the future!

Wonderful house!

The four of us stayed here for GenCon. It was a wonderful experience. Easy check-in, great location, and a beautifully spacious home. Joe was easy to reach and very kind. Highly recommended.

Out of town wedding

The house was just what we needed spacw wise for 7 of us. The 3 batbrooms was great too! Everything was clean. Would just recommend a new fridge as that one seemed stained all over the front land wvwry

We are on the road now but I would like to take the time to THANK YOU. AWESOME!! Everything was wonderful and this is the first time that I have had the best sleep. As a suggestion it would have been nice to set outside n drink coffee and have a cigarette, but overall your accommodations was great. Thank you again. 7
