Memories await at "Latitude Adjustment" - our vacation home! This nicely updated, open concept, spacious home offers endless entertainment with year-round heated pool, large lanai equipped to lounge, grill and soak in the day or night... quick Gulf access, private dock, kayaks and pool table. With 4 bedrooms and sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 13 people! This property is conveniently located near the beach, golfing and restaurants. This property has two external cameras in the front of the home - one in the doorbell and one over the garage.
4 Bedrooms (king, queen, queen, twin over full bunks), -Sleeper sofa in sitting area - plus a roll away - plus an ottoman that folds into a bed. -2 bathrooms (shower, tub/shower combo)

-Indoor thermostat will be set to a constant 73 degrees F. To request any other temperature please reach out to the host for additional cost and information. -Dining Room with seating for 8+ people, and patio furniture outside that dines 6

Just returned from staying at Latitude Adjustment. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of comfortable beds, chairs and sofas. Great Wi-Fi as 5 people were using and no complaints. Lots of children's water toys, rafts, lounge chairs and kayaks for adults. We always stay on a canal so some can fish. Location is so convenient to Grocery, restaurants, airport and quiet neighborhood. No problems, when texting the host with a question, she got right back with me. We go to Punta Gorda usually every February and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool was perfect for unwinding, and we loved spending time on the canal with the kayaks—it really felt like our own private piece of paradise. The location was quiet but still close to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and they made sure our stay was stress-free.

Great little place to stay!

Great place to stay with lots of little luxuries in the house to use for the week. We enjoyed the back area with the pool, fished in the canal, and spent time all week at many different area beaches within 30-60 min. When we had any issues with the property we had great communication and they came to fix things as quickly as possible. Very nice towels, blankets, and bedding throughout the house. We had an amazing week!

Wonderful property, everything was as described. Family wants to return to this property. Kids enjoyed the pool, the fishing in the canal in the rear of the property, close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice family fishing trip

This property was exactly as stated! Host was quick to respond and everything we needed was right there:) Boat ramp was right down the road so it was very convenient to drop the boat in when we got there and leave it in the water for the weekend. All in all, my family had a great time!

Pool was accommodating, beds are comfortable, great fishing and crabbing. Short drive for anything . Great local shops, Franks bait shop is great local bait shop. The host Chelsea is very friendly and accommodating. Felt right at home.

Great location! Kids loved the pool. Our family Loved fishing and kayaking in the canal The pool area could use a deep clean. Black moldy build up around the area. The air was not keeping up with the temperature and at times it was uncomfortable in the home. Even with fans going. Spoke with owner, controlled from phone. Still not a comfortable temperature. Especially at night. The bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning as well.

It was very clean, open floor plan. A lot of space along with a pool table room and heated pool. Could get ahold of owner whenever we needed. The only thing that I disliked was the amount I was charged in service fees. The price you see and what the price is when you check out with fees is very very different and a lot more expensive.
