Brand new modern furnishings. Copper ceilings, slate wall, velvet drapes billowing onto the floor. Soft modern velvet furniture with a speakeasy vibe.
A large beautifully decorated master suite with em suite full bathroom and a king size bed. Luxury linens and towels. King size fluffy pillows. Absolutely nothing skimpt on
Spiral staircase to a wonderful loft room with a full kitchen. Walk out to your large terrace to share with no one else. No walking downstairs to prepare that wonderful lunch on the terrace. The kitchen is at your fingertips.
65 inch TV, luscious couch you could sleep on.
In the center of downtown Louisville on an amazingly quiet side of a bustling block. Close to 4th St Live, the Brown, Palace , Mercury ballroom all on the same block. The bourbon trail, Ohio River Walk, restaurants, live music & sports blocks away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather and place all garbage in the white garbage bag provided . Leave it in the kitchen.
Please gather all towels and robes that have been used and placed them in the tub.
Make sure that the key is in the lockbox by the unit and the fob is placed in the lockbox outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A valid Drivers license must be attached to text thread at booking. Quiet and elevators and hallways please.
Pets with individual permission from host. Must ask first. Daily rate applies. Dogs can not be left alone to bark. Dog walkers/sitters available.
All events are fee based separate to reservation. Peerspace is used for events. Ask host.

"Vibe" is right. All the amenities, but the extra touches in small, unexpected areas were very nice surprises. An extraordinarily pleasant stay. Great location, easy parking, historic building, nothing not to like.

Wonderful property, cool vibe

We were only in town for a few days, but really enjoyed our stay at the little penthouse apartment. It’s laid out nicely and the little outdoor seating area is so comfortable and homey. Lots of beautiful sunlight. Morning coffee out on the deck is a great start to your day. I would recommend as well as stay there again if I had the chance.

Very cool place, exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect. We joked that everything was 6 min away. We did experience a problem with ants in the kitchen which didn't bother my husband but I was not pleased. I wish we would have been there in the fall when we could have enjoyed the outdoor area more, as it was too hot and humid for us to be out there. We did get to experience a thunder and lighting storm which was amazing to see from all the windows in the apartment.
