Gorgeous place in the perfect location. We were glad there was onsite parking as we were able to leave our vehicle and explore the area on foot. We enjoyed relaxing outside on the rooftop. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Thank you so much Coltin for your review. I've enjoyed creating these 3 penthouses. You should check out the other two for your next stay in downtown Louisville.

"Vibe" is right. All the amenities, but the extra touches in small, unexpected areas were very nice surprises. An extraordinarily pleasant stay. Great location, easy parking, historic building, nothing not to like.

Wonderful property, cool vibe

We were only in town for a few days, but really enjoyed our stay at the little penthouse apartment. It’s laid out nicely and the little outdoor seating area is so comfortable and homey. Lots of beautiful sunlight. Morning coffee out on the deck is a great start to your day. I would recommend as well as stay there again if I had the chance.

Very cool place, exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect. We joked that everything was 6 min away. We did experience a problem with ants in the kitchen which didn't bother my husband but I was not pleased. I wish we would have been there in the fall when we could have enjoyed the outdoor area more, as it was too hot and humid for us to be out there. We did get to experience a thunder and lighting storm which was amazing to see from all the windows in the apartment.

I wish you had let me know about the ants. We would have taken care of it immediately. We've never experienced ants before in this unit. Always feel free to tell hosts of issues immediately so they can fix unforseen events. We definitely strive for perfect reviews.
