Centrally located with lakeside beaches less than a mile away, short drive to downtown, and very easy access to Old Mission Peninsula's famous wineries.
Shared rooftop sun deck with hot tubs are are available for all guests to enjoy.

Great spot!
Although this was not in walking distance to downtown Traverse City we loved our weekend here! Very pretty condo, very clean, plenty of towels and supplies. We were happy to have dedicated parking although we were there in a large pickup truck and it was pretty tight. Rooftop was great, we hung out up there a lot. Highly recommend!

East Side hip condo
the condo was very nice and well equipped. Very short walk to "townie" The Cottage restaurant, which had awesome lake perch, black cherry cobbler, and great breakfast. Our drive up the Old Mission Peninsula was simply spectacular. So many awesome restaurants & great food in T.C. tho parking was a challenge at times! Enjoyed the rooftop and the hot tubs. We will surely be back. The unit does need a regular drip coffeemaker. All in all an awesome getaway.
