We are from Franklin and have lived in this community since early 1980. We love the area and love Georges Pond!

Why they chose this property

We live on Georges Pond so we have loved Murch Island for many years! When it became available for purchase, we thought that it would make a wonderful place for others to come and enjoy Georges Pond with their family.

What makes this property unique

This 8.4 acre Island will be an exclusive offering so that customers have privacy and total use of the Island themselves! Sandra's Cabin is a brand new construction and is beautifully built and decorated. While having the conveniences of home, the whole property will have the feel of being at camp! Sleep in the cabin or use a pup tent and spend the night out under the stars.... the choice is yours.
