This is a nice house, well maintained, with everything you might need. Lots of kitchen appliances (air fryer, keurig, etc) and lots of towels available. Great location, too!
We had the best time! What a beautiful property! Exceeded our expectations. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup who also had a blast. Thank you!
We had a wonderful weekend stay while attending a couple shows at Alpine Valley, Everything was clean and very comfortable. The lake view is very relaxing, and our fur baby felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was very nice. The host was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. It was also nice to be able to bring our small dog with us. We would recommend this place for your next getaway. Brad & Lynette
Grant’s cabin is a real gem. It’s clean, on the water (with great fishing), and spacious. Our family had a wonderful stay, especially our 3 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill. We also loved the kayaks. Overall, this is a property to not pass up
It was just like the listing except the lake is actually closer! The inside is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Loved sitting on the back porch enjoying the wildlife. Grant was an excellent host. Plan on staying again!
Fantastic stay & location to visit family in area. Between driving Racine/Kenosha counties. Just perfect. Items acceptable for a cabin waterfront experience. The amenities were fantastic, hand soap- laundry soap- dish soap- towels and whatever goodies may have accumulated for guests to use. Nice 3 day getaway. Host was great. The woman taking in trash barrels was also kind and inviting. We joked about 24 hour delay before dog noticed the moose( then growled & guarded her kibble). Cookware- unable to be used, Previous guests were unkind to the pots and pans. Understandable due to a long summer season of use. With the number of times we were invited for family meals, location and restaurant access- even that hiccup had a work around. No cook vacay. Would love to book and stay here again in future. Home for the Holidays. Peaceful place- made the journey through the area an absolute pleasure.
This home was just as we expected. Grant was quick to respond back to me when I had a couple questions. He is very pleasant and helpful. There were only three of us but the house could sleep a minimum of 8-10 people comfortably with bunk beds in two rooms and a queen size bed in the on-suite bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and we enjoyed being out there. A great place to sit and look at the lake, water the lilly flowers, fish jumping and the birds and chipmunks. There’s a fire pit and wood supplied.Don’t forget insect repellent! The neighborhood is pretty and all convenience’s are not too far away,All said and done, I would stay here again.
It was a charming cabin on the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. They were very welcoming to the fur baby, which was very appreciated. Communication from the owner was prompt and polite. Great stay overall! definitely going to keep this in mind for when I have more time to just enjoy the area. Great restaurants in the area as well.
