This ocean front condo has full views of the ocean and river with unobstructed views. Fully furnished, ready for your vacation. The master bath has dual sinks, full shower and whirlpool tub. Open floor plan with large patio off the master and living room. Full length sliders off the living room and master allow for clear views of the water. Underground parking, with one assigned spot, first come spots available for a second vehicle. High speed wireless internet and cable throughout. No smoking. New seawall, spa, and expanded pool deck. Pool is open with beach access.

When we saw the view from the Balcony and fell in love with the condo. At some point when we retire, we hope to spend half the year there. We have a little condo-tel in Daytona and have been coming to the area for more than 20 years.

Why they chose this property

There may be a few higher end condos on the beach, but Sanibel was one of the last ones build. It is well constructed and the amenities are top notch. Most other high end condos only allow for a month minimum rentals, ours are a week minimum.

What makes this property unique

The building right at the edge of the no drive beach, so you can choose to go 50 feet south and not be near the traffic and enjoy the Wolds Most Famous Beach or you can bring your car on the beach and enjoy it that way. It's a great spot for children since the no drive beach is right there so you don't have worry about them and traffic.
