Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located home in Midtown Tallahassee. This cottage, built in 1940, has been beautifully renovated with modern amenities while staying true to its historic charm. Enjoy the provided coffee on the expansive screened patio and s'mores by the fire in the fenced in yard.
The cottage includes two bedrooms (each with queen sized beds) and one bathroom. The fully renovated kitchen includes a wine and coffee bar equipped with a wine/beverage fridge, drip coffee & k-cup coffee maker, k-cups, creamer, and sugar. Stay entertained with SlingTV and sports package, all while being steps away from Publix, restaurants, and shops. Also, a short drive to FSU.

The house was very cozy and decor created an a peaceful retreat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to get out and walk. Communication was great with the host. It was a great stay.

Our stay was great! We were just in town for a quick weekend and Heather’s Milton House was perfect for what we needed. Wish we had more time to enjoy the nice back porch but we were pretty busy. The beds were so comfortable after a long day out on our feet!

The house was adorable, clean & perfect for my son & my week moving him in to FSU. Heather was very accommodating of our need to ship packages to the property. Quiet & cute neighborhood, easy access to campus and the rest of Tallahassee. Hope to return!

The Milton cottage was perfect for our FSU football weekend. We stay at a lot of VRBO and seldom do they have full length mirrors, ha ha this home has one in each bedroom, which I love! It’s the little things!

Cozy Cottage

The cozy cottage was super clean and as my wife described it “cute“. Has a great kitchen and beverage center, including a wine cooler, which came in handy for us as we are wine lovers. We ended up losing our car keys on this trip and our host went above and beyond to accommodate us with an extra night and extra time on check out day to wait for our replacement keys to be delivered. Our host offered every assistance to help us resolve our issue, even though it had nothing to do with the home. We cannot thank her enough not just for a wonderful stay, but also just being a wonderful human being.
