About this property

Oceanfront Dreams Come True!! Only 58 miles from Orlando and major theme parks!!

Beautiful, newly remodeled, 3rd floor condo, directly on the beach! With a touch of Disney in nearly every room, you are sure to feel the magic. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressers with plenty of storage, the master bathroom connects directly to the bedroom and has his/hers vanity and a large shower and closet. The guest bedroom has two twin size murphy beds that can fold up for extra space throughout the day, a closet, dresser and a smart tv, and a direct entrance to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo and towels for guest use. The living room offers two sliding glass doors that access the balcony with amazing oceanfront views, a large couch with power reclined seats, love seat that power reclines and rocks, a large smart tv to stream your favorite shows and select channels on the tv. A trundle bed is located in the living room to sleep extra guests if needed. The kitchen is stocked with a keurig, spices for cooking and appliances. There is a guest closet by the entrance that contains beach chairs, toys and an umbrella. Our pool is under construction and should be ready for use June 1, 2024, direct beach access available. Our condo is conveniently located one mile from Flagler Ave!

New Smyrna Beach Beauty

This condo is just as advertised: newly remodeled, clean, well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood of New Smyrna Beach. The owner is very responsive to any question. The best recommendation is that we plan to come back next year.

Long weekend in NSB

We loved our stay in NSB, including morning walks on the beach to get coffee on Flagler, our spacious balcony where we could see a rocket launch, and the cozy and beautifully decorated condo! We had everything we could need and would love to come back and stay here again! Flew into Orlando and the condo is just over an hour from the airport, with gated parking, and the area is easy to navigate with a Publix 5 mins away and tons of great restaurants. Full kitchen would allow you to cook if desired. Plenty of room for a family or group. The pool area was getting new landscaping while we were here and I imagine it will be done by spring/summer!
