Welcome to Ravenscroft Downtown Rentals apartment with private entrance. Walk everywhere downtown within minutes, park in the private parking lot and you won't need your car for all the wonderful things that downtown offers. Biltmore House is less than 10 minute drive, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. Totally renovated one bedroom in a historic building with lots of charm. Sofa has queen size sleeper conversion in living room. All 4 of our apartments are in the same building if needed for large groups. Private entrance into a totally renovated one bedroom. Claw foot tub with shower, Roku TV

This apartment is street level but under our chiropractic office which opens at 8:30AM on weekdays, so please be aware that you will hear footsteps on weekday mornings. The office is closed weekends and evenings. 

2 blocks, 2 minute walk from The Orange Peel & Asheville Yards (former Rabbit Rabbit) venues, we are right in the middle. If you get in early enough, you can hear warm up at Asheville Yards from the building. We have our chiropractic office in the same building so we may see you, but typically we are just available as needed. We love to chat when we pass in the parking lot. Building is on a more quiet residential street but it is downtown so it's not silent. Park in the private lot and you won’t need your car to get anywhere downtown. Please be honest with number of guests and respectful of noise level.

Overall a great stay! The location is close to the center of Asheville's downtown and parking is available on site (street parking is incredibly hard to find downtown otherwise). The apartment offers ample space, a full kitchen, big bathroom, eat in dining room, small living room and a cozy bedroom. I wasn't disturbed by anyone walking on the floor above me and had zero issues. I would stay here again!

Great location and value. Super cute one bedroom with private entrance; it felt like we were at home. Parking is an issue in downtown but not at this VRBO as there is dedicated parking and so many restaurants, bars and shopping a short walk away. April was a wonderful host, making sure all our needs were met. You won't go wrong staying here.
