Great location

Clean, plenty of space, up to date bathrooms, off street parking. Kitchen not well stocked with bowls or silverware but we mostly did takeout, and there are plenty of places to choose from. No WiFi and washer/ dryer not working.

Decent stay, met basic expectations

We stayed at the property for five nights and overall it met basic expectations. It was functional and clean. The host added on a 180 fee the day we were suppose to arrive stating that the amount went up the month before I arrival. The host was not responsive at all prior to adding the additional fee. The linen on the twin bed was not presentable at all. Bring your own linen for twin bed.There was a washing machine anddryer however it was not functional.

The linens are new 5 stars The unit had lots of amenities includie brand new bidets glass shower doors and fireplace ! The unit is brand new and no fee that your mentioning was charged IRRELEVANT. I suggest you stay at hotel less than half mile from unit for 400 per night plus taxes parking you will recieve None of the 3 levels or amenities you got for less than 150 Also a privitate pull to front door parking A great value so much for very little $$ Very new very clean 2 private balconies wow !!! BRAVO
