Summary:

Welcome to our beautiful and newly renovated apartment. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place. The apartment is on the ground floor offering excellent accessibility and privacy.



The Space:

Our newly renovated apartment is centrally located between Rehoboth beach and Lewes, surrounded by stores and great restaurants, all along Route 1.



There is a short drive to two of the best beaches Delaware has to offer, 3 and respectively 5 miles drive to Rehoboth and Lewes Beach.



The Space



The apartment is 950 square feet, its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 6 people while providing plenty of privacy.



The home is furnished with one California king bed in the master bedroom, and one bunk bed with twin over full size bed and a pull out twin trundle (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) .



Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! We provide our guests with Keurig coffee pods and drip coffee per your liking. There are also basic condiments available for you to use.



The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney and chill with friends or family.



The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to use: towels, hair drier, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, an iron, blow dryer, towels, linens, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire apartment and patio. The access is via a keyless entry, the code will be provided to you before you check in.



Apartment is located on the first floor, allowing you easy access from the parking .

The condo was very comfortable & nucely decorated. I loved the screened in pirch which I didn't notice in the listing of amenities. The location was perfect only minutes to the boardwalk, restaurants & tons of shopping.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the owners was prompt and thoughtful throughout. We loved the location—just steps from great restaurants and especially close to charming 2nd Street in downtown Lewes. The property is also conveniently near the beaches and Tanger Rehoboth outlets, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and shopping. It was peaceful and perfect for a getaway with our pups. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.

Long time coming getaway

This place was just perfect. It wasn't at the beach but that means there was none of the craziness or busy-ness either. This gem was nesseled in the woods and it was quiet, VERY well equipped with anything we needed and still very convenient to the beaches. Owners answered pr ok promptly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Quiet 1st Floor Condo

Was a quiet tucked away from the main road Condo. Loved that it was 1st floor so it was easy when it came to taking the dogs out, no steps to deal with.
