I loved my stay at the Cozy Casita. The property was very clean inside and had everything I needed. It had excellent temperature control and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and actually wish I could have stayed longer. It would be nice to have printed instructions onsite for how to use the cooking surface and the gas fire pit outdoors, as I could not quickly find in my emailed instructions.

This is a very cute place to stay. We were within an hour from the places we wanted to see. It’s kind of tucked back a bit but after we found it we had no more problems finding it. You don’t really hear the neighbors nice and quiet. Host was very helpful in providing places to go eat and see. They were a phone call away in case you may need something.

Will be back!

The Cargo Casita was a great experience for a weekend get away with my teenage daughter. Great location, close to everything we were in town to do and see. It was immaculately clean, tons of privacy, quiet neighborhood and very responsive hosts. All amenities included for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for a solo writing retreat! Plenty of life scooters to get around, buses are close and there’s lots of awesome places to eat and drink nearby including the broadmoor. The property management company is soooo good! They have a smooth process, like checking into a hotel. They are super responsive if you need anything and overall it was just a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to do it again!
