Full kitchen, indoor laundry, heating and air, 120 sqft private covered outdoor patio. One bedroom w/queen bed and walk-in closet. Bath with tub shower. Just off State Street you can walk to all of the best of Santa Barbara. Steps to the Arlington Theater. Walk or ride to Cottage Hospital.
