Home away from home

The house was perfect for our family of 7. My mom has limited mobility and can't go upstairs, but there was a master bedroom with a big walk in shower downstairs. My 12 and 9 year old nieces loved staying in the Frozen room. The house has an air hockey table and retro arcade table which were fun to play with during our rest day from the theme parks. The house is about a 30 minute drive to Disney parks and 40 minute drive to Universal Studios. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay in, and the host was very responsive to our questions.

Our 6th day of my 50th Birthday celebration.

My family of 13 needed a place to stay after coming of a cruise just for one night. The process was easy, home was ready and clean for early check-in. Although we had a pool and jacuzzi in our home , my family took advantage of the resort pool and great food only a 3 minute walk from our home. Last but not lest the house manager came to make sure everything was ok. Shes was pleasant and very helpful in getting us settled. My family absolutely love the house. We will be back again.

Christmas with the Family

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas holiday here. We bought in our own tree and set it up. The pet fee was very reasonable, and heating the pool was absolutely worth it—great on cool nights after spending the day in the parks. There was plenty of parking available in the neighborhood, which was convenient. The security staff at the gate were kind and helpful. Everything inside the home was clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely recommend it. We had a 11 stay at the house and 13 for Christmas dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Overall nice accommodations some issues

Nice accommodations for our group of 11. Few issues with sliding door not locking, ice maker didn’t work, ceiling fans didn’t work or in need of repair. Two bedrooms need new mattresses. One had smelly pillows. Palm tree at front blocks the ease of reaching front door if cars are on the driveway. Towel and tissue racks need proper installation.

Looks are deceiving !

We rented this property and was excited about our trip until we got to the house . We could not go out back and enjoy the pool area due to the tenants next door always smoking weed . This neighborhood is a “party” neighborhood .if you are looking for peace and quiet after a long day at the parks look elsewhere . The oven does not work well . The curtains are stained with dog urine and we were misled about the jacuzzi . We were told to heat the pool was another charge which was acceptable but we could enjoy the jacuzzi . Well when we messaged the owner about the jacuzzi we were told that it was another charge . Owner will respond until you have problems . …Stay clear of this property . The pictures and the owner are deceiving . I have pictures of said complaints as well as misleading texts from owner .
