Welcome to Middleton, the newest family part of the Villages. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full) 2 full bath's, spacious kitchen, fenced in backyard, Grill, Firepit, pool, basketball court, dog park and more! relax out on the lanai and enjoy backyard games with your family as you enjoy the taste of the grill fired food.

Very pleasant stay

I was only in Sumterville for one day and this house was perfect for attending a concert at the Tracy Performing Arts Center. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Spencer was a great host!!

Amazing stay!

This property is amazing and Spencer is so helpful and great host. The house is not only beautiful and felt like a home away from home. It was so clean. Love this VRBO highly recommend it if I could give it a higher rating I would its truely beyond a 5 star.

Very clean and well decorated.

We visited for a wedding nearby, this house was very clean and updated. Easy to find and good instruction. Highly recommend staying here, will not disappoint.

Short Stay

Was only here for the night while traveling from South Carolina to South Florida. Home had everything we needed. Didn’t use the pool but it was right down the street. Pretty good food at the golf course restaurant close by, Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was super clean and well taken care of. A little confusing as far as wifi and checkout, we are used to having an info sheet. But we figurednit out. Very nice place.

A new home, lovely decorations, spotlessly clean. Fenced backyard and a nice patio. Close to the pool and dog park, but don't expect to arrive early and hang out at the pool or dog park since they are gated and you need the key. card to get in.

Epic Fail

Booked through VRBO, never rec’d check-in details. Reached out to host on arrival day, was told house was not listed on VRBO and she wasn’t sure how I reserved it because she had not approved it. So we had no place to stay and had to scramble for a hotel. Tried contacting host again, no response. Still working with VRBO for refund of my money. Oh also, when I booked the amount was different than what the site advertised.
