Wonderful apartment in an absolutely perfect location. Excellent restaurants, bakeries and the beach are all feet away. There’s little you could want that’s outside of walking distance. The space was very large and comfortable for my family and included ample bathrooms and kitchen utilities. Very good value as well

Could not imagine staying anywhere else in Nice after our stay here, with 3 young children. The location could not be more convenient and is walkable to Old Town, directly across from the beach (both public and clubs, which for anyone with young kids, should absolutely dedicate a day to). There are a ton of restaurants and stores within walking distance where you can grab anything you need, and our host was absolutely wonderful and helpful to get us settled and point us in the right direction for recommendations. Wish we could have stayed even longer!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Perfect location across from the Promenade des Anglais, walking distance to old town and everything else. Beautiful balcony to eat breakfast or drink wine at the end of the day and people watch. Restaurants nearby, even one with 2 big screens where we watched France in the World Cup twice. The host Ségolène is excellent to deal with - always has a nice surprise for us on arrival (wine and snacks). I love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Great stay at this wonderful flat. The balcony was perfect for a beach/water view and everything happening near the water. So convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Laundry was convenient and the shower was great!! Will stay here again!

Great place, great host. The apartment and location was everything we hoped it would be. The place was clean and close to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family/friends.

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Highly recommend and would very happily stay here again!

Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect stay in Nice

My family and I had a great time here! Centrally located and right in front of the beach! It had everything we needed (AC, reliable WiFi, washer machine, etc.). Segolene was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here and would easily come back!
