This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Perfect location across from the Promenade des Anglais, walking distance to old town and everything else. Beautiful balcony to eat breakfast or drink wine at the end of the day and people watch. Restaurants nearby, even one with 2 big screens where we watched France in the World Cup twice. The host Ségolène is excellent to deal with - always has a nice surprise for us on arrival (wine and snacks). I love this place and can’t wait to go back!

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. My family and I had a great time here! Centrally located and right in front of the beach! It had everything we needed (AC, reliable WiFi, washer machine, etc.). Segolene was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here and would easily come back!

Fabulous apartment and location

We loved staying here. The apartment is very large and comfortable. The balcony was a highlight; great place to view the Med, listen to the music on the beach, drink your wine or coffee. Easy to get the bus to just about anywhere, and the tram was a short 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.
