This space was recently remodeled and has everything you need for your stay including a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, dining space, and deck with grill. Use the Villa Monte Pool during the summer months after golfing (club house within walking distance) or light the fire to cozy up after a day of skiing in the winter.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade.
Turn off air conditioning in summer.
Put all used towels in bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unplugging or disconnecting the modem, router, or anything else connected to the Internet will result in loss of security deposit.
The only surveillance device on the property is outside of the building facing the parking area. Tampering with this camera will result in eviction.
