Thank you all so much for your interest and inquiries. I have updated the site and am ready for 2025 bookings. As you probably noticed, this same property can be found on another popular site, but that profile is for smaller bookings (1-7 guests).

This property has appeared as a scam on Craigslist, so if you see it there, it's a scam, and please alert me.

Please note for Summer 2025: During peak (Mid June-Labor Day), I have 3 rental periods
FRI - FRI (7 Day Minimum)
SUN - FRI (5 Days)
FRI - WED (Mid-Week Special) (5 Day Minimum)
I get many inquiries with a SAT-SAT stay during peak season, and cannot book it as it overlaps, and finding a cleaning crew is nearly impossible. If you are looking to book for just the weekend, you can do that for the months of Mar-early June and September and October. Thank you.

Spectacular Bay Front Home With All the upgrades and amenities. Main home has spectacular views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped with sun chairs, gourmet kitchen, blender, high quality pots, pans, utensils, bourbon glasses, wine glasses, etc. Large dining room table w/2 leafs that seat 10.

The main home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Central Air and an Outdoor shower. Wall mounted flat screen Televisions in every bedroom room along w/an integrated Sonos sound system with in-ceiling recessed speakers in every room and on the breathtaking back deck.

Home boasts a separate detached guest cottage gut renovated in 2022 which features 2 sets of bunk-beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 children on the main level, and a Queen Pull-Out Sofa on the 2nd Floor. The Cottage adds a sun splashed 2nd floor with a full kitchen, dining area, large TV area with 180 degree views of the water. Cottage is perfect spot to jettison children, or for your grandparents, in-laws, or a separate family to share the rental.

On the water, home contains over 250 Feet of private beach. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as your children play on the beach below during low tide. The interior contains a full functional kitchen, and updated electronics. Watch Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, you name it.

Luckily, this home has more demand than supply.

Please note: This site will ONLY accept parties of 8 or more as it takes into account use of the Guest Cottage. If your party is 7 or less, I recommend you visit the other popular site that begins with the first letter of the Alphabet.

I do not accept Weekend Only Rentals in the peak of summer.

Available for a full week beginning on Fridays. I have 2 segments during the peak rental period (mid June through Labor Day)
FRI-FRI, or FRI-WED.

Stunning location!

We had an amazing week staying at this beautiful house. The views were incredible. With 3 teenagers coming and going, the guest house was a perfect spot for them to hang out for some time away from the adults, but still be close enough for family time. Vic was very responsive when we had questions. Though a bit pricey, the views and amenities are worth it!

Family and Friends all loved

We were a group of 3 families, with 3 members each and all of us enjoyed our stay immensely. The younger adults stayed in the cottage and the wiser (older) adults stayed in the main house. I have been traveling to the Cape for 42 years and this was my first time in Eastham. What made this location special was the tidal flats and sunsets. Each day a different group of people went out at low tide. The water was warm and the aquatic life was plenty. At sunset, we’d all convene on the deck and admire its’ beauty. We’d highly recommend staying at this private oasis. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Location

The view from the deck of this house was amazing, and we were treated to some spectacular sunsets. We were lucky with the weather, and our host provided us with all the amenities we needed and quickly took care of the few issues that cropped up during the first 24 hours. The guest house was an appreciated bonus; we were able to send the children and teens over there after to dinner, and the adults were able to enjoy a few hours of calm and quiet. We were tired after a day of activities even though the children had endless energy. It was an easy ride to Provincetown and to many of the other interesting locales. I certainly recommend this property; my family agrees that it was one of our better Cape rentals.

Great beach house!

This is a great beach house. Nothing fancy, but it meets your needs as sits with a spectacular deck above one of New England’s best beaches. We loved it. I wish we had been warned about the construction project out front beforehand. Fortunately the workers were never a bother for us. They were in the front, we stuck to the beach side. I’m sure the new cottage when completed will be very nice. Closets and drawers seemed really cluttered, a clean out would not be a terrible idea. But we very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Getaway from Boston

We had the chance to stay at this property in June of 2020 and we had a wonderful time. We were a little worried about renting during the nature of the environment today but I will admit that Vic has done a great job to keep up with the proper accommodations. Not only was the house cleaned and ready for our stay but you tend to forget all about that once you walk into the living room and look out to the deck and the bay views. We spent the bulk of our time on the back deck with music and beautiful views of the tidal changes in the bay. There is also a user friendly sound system hooked up throughout the house and the deck stretches from one master room to the other, both including sweeping views of the bay. Vic was also very accommodating for all of our questions throughout the stay. He provided great recommendations on local food and attractions and really helped enhance our rental experience.. We will definitely plan to visit Vic and his property again soon for another getaway from the city .

Perfect Beach Get Away

Our family of 5 stayed here as part of our East Coast Tour. The house was perfect for us— the view is amazing and being beachfront is the best! Vic was very helpful and responsive— we highly recommend it and hope to be back!

The property was wonderful and spacious, great views, very comfortable.

Aside from having hurricane Jose give us six straight days of rain and wind, we never the less really enjoyed the property. Looking forward to returning next year.

Your Own Beach

This property is a treasure. Great views, great location, and great access to the Bay. House is very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of nine. The grandkids loved staying in the separate guest quarters. The owner, Victor, was very responsive and good to work with. This would have been a solid 5 star review except that their are some repairs like screen doors, paint, etc. that are needed and a few more towels when there are nine guests. But overall, we had a great week and are highly considering this property again for next year.
