Beautiful villa. Family friendly theming. Clean and warm pool! Host was so friendly and so very accommodating. Perfect location for Disney. Great waterpark and communal pool on site. We absolutely loved our time and we would happily return!

This was the perfect house for us! So much to do that the kids were begging to come home from the theme parks just to spend time at the house. The dress-up clothes were a huge hit, plus the game room in the garage. The savings vs. staying on property was significant, giving us a chance to splurge a bit on nice meals when at the parks and not feel guilty. Highly recommend this home in a quiet, safe / gated community not too far from Disney and other attractions.

The best stay!

The property was so close to Disney and made for an easy drive to the parks! My kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Overall, they’ve thought of everything that one may need when staying at a home away from home. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic Home Base for Disney

Great Vacation Home

We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions that i had. Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community that provides safety and privacy. I highly recommend this property to anyone who want to stay in a nice home.

Amazing Time

The property was very nice to stay at. Well put together, nicely located. We had a great time and felt right at home:)))We were a little disappointed in the game room because the air hockey table was not operational we were looking forward to playing it during our stay.

Great stay right next to Disney!

Our family had a great time. The home was super clean and was full of great amenities! The house is perfect for big families. Very kid friendly too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The property is well maintained, and we never had any issues. Location was perfectly located for Disney Park trips as well as to Walmart and Starbucks!

Would Absolutely Stay Here Again

This property literally had "everything" to make our family feel at home while on vacation. Everyone in our party had a great time and loved it!! The property manager/owner answered every question in a prompt and friendly manner. I would absolutely stay here again and will check this locations availability first before booking any other for our next stay in the Orlando area!!

50th anniversary Family trip

Our family enjoyed all aspects of this home. The grandchildren enjoyed game room, dress-up closet and pool/spa area. The home and community were lovely, relaxing and secure. It was a delight to work with Donna and team. We plan to make this a regular family getaway! Jan and Richard

Warm and welcoming!

From the moment we first booked every interaction with the host Donna was pleasant and she never made me feel like a question I was asking was a problem. The house was beyond what we expected! Very clean, fun for all ages and truly made us feel like home away from home. Hands down we will be booking to stay in this beautiful house for many years to come.

Perfect Week!

The property was just as described and only minutes from Disney World. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed for our time there. It was nice to come back from the parks and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet and clean. Thank you, Donna, for a great week!

Great House, Great Location!

Donna's place was a great place for our three generations of family to gather for a few days at Disney World. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults enjoyed the comforts of the rest of the home. We only wished we had more time to enjoy the property, neighborhood and pool. Donna was one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we've experienced among the scores of rentals we've experienced. Highly Recommend this place.

Between the location, amenities, and size this home was perfect! So much to do in the house, on the property and within miles of the property! My kids loved the neighborhood water park and having their own personal pool too! You will not be disappointed.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and had an amazing time at this lovely villa. Windsor Hills is a beautiful estate very close to Disney. Well maintained and great facilities. The villa itself is really well appointed, clean and was perfect for our vacation. Donna was a really great host, answering any queries I had promptly. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
