We stayed here on Disney springs trip, it was about 15 drive each day with little to no traffic. The Condo was nice and clean and had plenty of room for us all.

I stayed 23 nights for 2880. That is about 125 per night. It was an excellent stay for that cost. It is the size of a house with smaller shared living spaces. Everything was very clean. There were stains on the carpet but they did not make our feet dirty. The lanai has many holes, so lizards enter frequently. During our stay, three lizards and a frog came into our room. Furnishings are older and many items are broken: center of tableop droops, back of couch is cracked, stove top is very difficult and confusing, plastic kitchen spoons bend when warm, broken can opener, dishwasher is not attached to counter, fridge is missing many shelves, downstairs toilet needs replaced, only two sauce pans, etc. Communication prior to stay and book in the room was frequent, repetitive, and informative. The starter set of supplies is very small. Renter should pack everything (like camping) or be prepared to buy all when you arrive: dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, etc. For the price I paid, it was an excellent stay. Fun water slide, pool was nice (every pool side game was broken) (pool area had biting insects).

Good location. Just make sure you lock the trash bench. The raccoons are smart and have no fear.
