Welcome to our newest Elegant 5 bedroom 4 Bathroom Championsgate townhome with 2 waterparks on the resort with free daily access for all guests.

Enter a fabulous open main floor layout with luxurious kitchen with stainless appliances and island bar seating, Dining area with seating for 6 and large living area with seating, large flat screen TV and patio doors out to the covered lanai and inviting pool with all around privacy.

You will find two bedrooms on the main floor

Room Two 2 Twin beds
Hall bath including 2 sinks and a walk in shower
Main Floor Laundry

Room 3 Queen bed with ensuite bath with tub/shower combo

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

House was easily accessible and clean when we arrived. You do need to bring extra supplies like trash bags, TP, and paper towels. Great location took us about 15-20 to get to Disney early morning and about 45 min home late evenings due to traffic. Water park with splash pad super close to house it was an easy walk. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Overall 5 star review highly recommend.

Host was responsive. Had a couple major issues. AC wasn't working when we arrived and washing machine leaked when we tried to use it. Management company responded quickly to both issues, but still negatives.Access to neighborhood on Friday and Saturday evenings was a nightmare, too much traffic for staffing at the gate.
