Jerry purchased 3 lots in Northstar in the 1970s.He built the first home in 1975 on Martis Landing. He built the Basque home in 1984. The lot next to the Basque home is still empty. I currently manage and maintain both homes.
What makes this property unique
Both homes are owner-built and managed. As a result, there is a great deal of pride in their care and maintenance.
