Great location and clean space, exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again! Host extremely communicative. Wish check-out was a bit later than 10am, but no biggie either.

Check in was very easy, communications with host was in app and simple. Property is walking distance from the beach which is what we wanted. Overall no issues, very pleased with the stay. Only quote un quote annoyance was finding parking on the street which wasn’t a deal for us. Property has one parking spot at the rear.

Great 4th vacation

This house is awesome! Very clean and right in the middle of the New Port action. The kids were all over the place and we had a great time visiting our friends.

we had a wonderful stay while celebrating my sons birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The kids especially loved the rooftop spa are and made great use of it throughout our stay. The location was truly the highlight and couldnt have been better. My son left his ipad behind and they shipped it back to us. The home was also well stocked with beach chairs and towels. We will be returning!

This property was perfect for our little trip. It’s walking distance from everything and the parking spot available was so helpful! The house is super cute and everything was so clean and organized. We were always provided with thorough information about the property and surrounding area and Marissa made our stay as easy as ever. Rooftop patio was the highlight of our stay. Definitely planning to stay here again soon!

This property was wonderful!!! Location was great as you could walk to everything, parking spot was great and this property had everything you could ever want for a 4 day, Spring Break, beach getaways. The decor was very modern, a dedicated thermostat for each floor made everyone comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with so many items...if we decided to cook.Working with Marissa was a pleasure. Every question I had was answered promptly. I felt that Marissa really wanted to make sure that we had a great stay.We got a lot of compliments from friend's of my daughter saying that my daughter and her friend had the best property of the entire Las Vegas Crowd.Would definitely rent this property again!!!
