Guest Access:

You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Piazza condo's amenities including a gym, a game room (open from 6 AM to 11 PM), a main pool, a kiddie pool, an upper pool, and a hot tub available from dawn to dusk. Please note that an access card is required to enter these facilities.



Free onsite parking is available in front of and across the street from the building on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park up to 2 cars.



The Neighborhood:

Bella Piazza is a community located next to Berry Town Center, which offers a supermarket and a variety of shops & restaurants.



The community offers a wide array of amenities including 2 pools, a hot tub, kid's pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center and outdoor area with BBQ grills.



Centrally located off Hwy 27, the resort provides easy access to local attractions and theme parks. Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is located next door to the Bella Piazza.



Getting Around:

Bella Piazza, located next to Berry Town Center in Davenport, Florida, offers convenient transportation options for both residents and visitors. The community is easily accessible by US Highway 27, which connects to Interstate 4 (I-4) for direct routes to Orlando, Kissimmee, and Tampa. Public transit options are limited, but Lynx Bus Route 427 provides service along US-27, connecting to nearby shopping centers and transit hubs. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and car rentals are a popular choice for visitors. For air travel, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 40-minute drive away, while the SunRail commuter train in nearby Kissimmee offers an alternative for travel into downtown Orlando.

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

• We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
