Perfect stay in Davenport

The property was excellent and exceeded expectations. A perfect base for exploring Orlando and hitting those theme parks. When I visit again, I'll be staying here.

Great Villa

Superb location, nice and clean villa and Deirdre responded quickly to our requests. The pool was lovely and warm from day one. We had a great time playing pool in garage in the evenings. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic Property

Me and my friends stayed at this property for our annual golf trip to Florida. The communication from Deirdre was excellent throughout. The location is perfect for families also and close to all the major parks. I’ve stayed in several properties in The Sanctuary at West Haven over the years and this was one of the best. Will hopefully book again for next year.

Clean, Spacious, Comfortable, Accurate

Great stay with fast communication with owners when any issue arose. We appreciated the welcoming ambience and back pool porch area. The only issue we had at all was the limited amount of hot water available after one person showers. If we didn’t all shower at the same time in separate showers the hot water would end and we had to take cold showers. The entire space was very clean and organized overall was a great stay besides the hot water.

The issue was due to the cold spell in weather and water tank was taking longer to warm up when it was all used up.
