Great place to stay with family

We loved the house for our stay in the area. It was clean and set up worked well for our family. There were a few things, Like a broken chair in the master closet making it less usable as a closet, and the bed, although comfortable enough was very noisy, that could have been better.

Great centrally located family townhome near attractions

The home is well cared for and appears like it does in the photos. Perfect for a family, with accommodations for up to 8 people, located in a tight nit community with nice amenities. Centrally located between Disney and other attractions and I-Drive.

Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The location was excellent. It was close to the parks and is a secure location. The only problem we had was a had a weak leg and we were unable to use it. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Nice house. Kitchen was stocked nicely but could use new pots and pans. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large with plenty of space. Accommodated 6 of us easily. Would recommend to others!

Week Long Stay

We enjoyed staying at this home. The house was nice inside and good enough size for our stay. It was in a great location, had a pool and play area, perfect for our family. It wasnā€™t too far of a drive from many attractions. The only thing I will say was; there werenā€™t enough towels for the 7 of us and for our length of stay, we didnā€™t have anywhere to store our groceries. Having use of one of the small closets in the kitchen area would have been really helpful! Overall we would stay again!

Could be a 5-star property

Everything about the property and the area is decent, clean, spacious, safe, and secure, except the carpet, especially in the main bedroom downstairs and on the stairs, which looks like it hasn't been washed in many years. I think the carpet needs to be replaced. The discoloration of dark stains and dirt indicated it's the end of its useful life.

Needs TLC

Nothing "big" to note that was not ok, but there are a few minor things that need taken care of: Hair dryer broken Shower door stuck off tracks Lighting in bathrooms were terrible (different bulbs in over mirror lights) -->Lighting in the dining room was fabulous for make-up application A few knicks in the kitchen flooring Fridge ice maker not working Rusty trash cans Big snake curled up on entry door mat....Almost stepped on it when leaving townhouse, but it did slither into the bushes right in front of building (not a snake fan!) Was not aware this was a complex & our building was in the middle with only front door access & no outdoor seating or patio Felt as if we were on top of our neighbors (and we were)

Gret location

The location was very close to all the Disney Parks. The property was as described on the VRBO site. The bedrooms were adequate for our family of 5. A couple of improvements: There were multiple light bulbs out, the ice machine in the freezer did not work, there was just one towel and hand towel for each of us (as stated in ad), but they were very thin and just not good quality. The sheets were also a low quality, but not terrible. The coffee table was very unstable and there were several stains on the well worn carpet, as well as a loose handrail going upstairs. Luckily, we brought pool towels, but would have been out of luck as those were not provided. Had we flown, we would not have been able to bring them. Again, nothing that caused any discomfort. I did notify the rental company and they offered to come change light bulbs. The only other small complaint was the communication with the rental company. We did not have a unit number when we arrived and it took me a while to find a phone number to call. They say there is a customer portal, but every time they sent me a message it was the same information unless it was a text through their site. And it is probably time to update/remove all the COVID regulations from 2020! Ultimately, we were there to go to Disney and Universal, so spent very little time in the condo. It was a great deal and overall comfortable and convenient.
