THE HOUSE WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN I HAD EXPECTED. MANY OF THE TV CONTROLLS HAD NO BATTERIES AND THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO COME LATER IN THE DAY TO GET IT WORKING BUT IT FELT LIKE A HASSEL.
Perfect size place for my family, this is a well spaced townhouse with a space for everyone. We were able to relax after a long day sightseeing without feeling compacted into one area everyone felt comfortable and close enough to be comfortable retreating to rooms.

We wanted to take some family members to Disney World, and wanted somewhere to stay. This was a perfect location and the resort, and house were great. The house was clean, and was exactly what was described. The pool area was awesome and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Will absolutely stay here again. 👍🏽👍🏽
Good ammenities. Good location. Easy check in, but the home itself is not the cleanest. It isn't terrible, but improvements can definitely be made. Overall it worked for us.

Has a great stay, quiet clean unit. Nice to be able to park right in front, fully equipped kitchen. As per previous reviews, we brought some extra dishwasher tabs and laundry pods/garbage bags from home and we were set for the week. Nice to have Publix market so close….very friendly and efficient checking in/out….would stay again for sure!
Generally clean and pleasant. We were given bare minimum as far as toiletries, 1 garbage bag to use for 5 days. The resort itself was decent- quite outdated and minimal staff at the bar and ice cream shop. The kids loved the pool area!!
Nice place. Would be five stars if they told you about having to pay extra resort fees before you booked it on Vrbo. And one of the toilets was broken when we arrived. Overall nice experience though

The resort was good. My kids loved the pool. Resort was nice and clean.
Toilet at the ground floor was leaking on to the floor. We reported this after a few days. We stayed there for 13 night. The issue was never fixed. When we asked when that issue was to be fixed after a few days after we reported it, I needed to explain the issue from scratch again. So we gave up.
We also had a leak from one of the bathtub in 1. floor. Water was dripping down to ground floor. This was fixed with in 4-5 days.
The last thing was ants at the ground floor that we reported the first morning, according to Itrip Pest control treated the home within a few days. We still had ants for the rest of our stay.

Our maintenance team went to inspect the toilet leak issue that was reported, and there was found to be no leak. It is possible that someone overflowed the tub or splashed water out. No concerns have been reported since then, and the tub was being used when this was noticed.
Upon receiving the report of ants, we scheduled an appointment with a professional pest control company. They went out the same day that the ants were reported, Oct. 7th. They found one live ant and proceeded to treat the home. Pest control returned for a follow up on Oct. 11th, and according to their report, no ants were found.
We appreciate your willingness to report concerns, and we are always happy to address them in a timely manner to ensure that our guests experience the best stay possible!

Thank you for welcoming my family into your home. The location was perfect, and the resort amenities were a great bonus for my kids. However, I wanted to bring a few housekeeping issues to your attention that need addressing.
Firstly, the listing's information about the beds was inaccurate. The couch was broken and, after being repaired, came off the tracks again. One chair was missing a leg and was unusable for sitting or sleeping. Additionally, the dishes and utensils were dirty with food residue, and there was a broom but no dustpan. We also encountered an infestation of large ants.
Moreover, the HVAC system whistles continuously day and night while running, and it’s too hot to turn it off, which significantly affected our comfort.
On Friday, the water was shut off for about 45 minutes, causing us to miss a scheduled evening with family. We did not receive any notification about the shutdown or any follow-up information, which was a significant inconvenience.
Due to these issues, I would like to request compensation. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to these matters.

Lugar muito afastado de todas as atrações de Orlando.Péssimo o atendimento dos proprietários no tratamento com o hóspede. Devido a infestação de percevejos, fomos picados eu e minha esposa e tivemos alergias precisando ir ao médico. Sem nenhum suporte do proprietário. O unico surporte foi mandar eu sair do imovel e me virar para arrumar outro lugar para ficar. Sendo assim, deixo um relato real e minha indignão com a iTrip dona so imóvel e seus representantes. Jamais imaginei passar por uma situação tão humilhante e ver total despreparo de uma empresa para lidar com a situação. Na foto abaixo demonstro como ficou meu braço e da minha esposa. E ainda estava com uma criança de 11 meses e sou PCD.

First, you were in the home for over a week before reporting any bites. Typically, if bed bugs are present upon arrival, bites appear much sooner—often within the first night or two. Additionally, several guests have stayed in the property before your visit without any reports of bites or related issues.
That said, we take reports of potential bed bugs extremely seriously. Bed bugs are expert travelers and can be unknowingly picked up in airports, taxis, buses, and other public places before being introduced to a new environment. Out of caution, we immediately arranged for a professional inspection as soon as you reported concerns. Once the presence of bugs was confirmed, we acted quickly by asking you to vacate the property, refunding all unused nights, and beginning treatment without delay.
The treatment has since been completed, and a follow-up inspection confirmed the issue was fully eradicated.
We also want to note that the location of our property is clearly described in our listing, with accurate details about its proximity to nearby attractions, to ensure expectations are set appropriately. Additionally, no concerns regarding cleanliness were reported during your stay, and our team was in regular communication with you throughout the entire process to ensure you were supported.

It was ok.
It's less expensive than other units. All in all we had a nice stay. Wasn't terrible but this place needs some work. Air filter needs changed once a month in Florida, It was fully packed with dust and had to be replaced while we were there. It looked like it hadn't been replaced in a year. This is standard easy maintenance so I'll say it's a clear example of how the rest of this particular unit is cared for.... I'll leave it at that.. Nice TV channel offering, nice music system. The family loved the pool area. It was spacious enough to fit 8 people comfortably. 4 adults and 3 little kids.
There's no way for a property owner to know a bed is broken (box frame broken boards) unless someone complains about the bed, which I did, so I hope repairs are made for the next guests. I wish someone would have reported that before me. It could be a great unit with a little better maintenance, and quality of workmanship. It's kind of like the Red Roof Inn of Vrbo instead of the Hilton. The price is set right for what it is. So set your expectations accordingly, which is what we did.

No one answers maintenance calls
There is almost no communication between the resort reception and the property owner. We could not gain access to the property with cold groceries as the door lock would not open. The electron door lock would not turn the deadbolt as it is worn out. No one even after calling and leaving multiple voicemails on all the different numbers provided answered our entire stay. The front desk said they don’t handle that. Itrip answered when we called the entry phone number and said they would get some one out as soon as possible but never did. We got in one time by chance and were unable to secure the home after. The home other wise was as depicted. The upstairs shower per others reviews since March does not drain while in use so you are essentially taking a bath while you shower.
Location was nice. About 30 minute drive to WDW property. Property was clean on arrival. Parking was as stated. Had a good amount of cookware in the kitchen, and just enough towels for the group.
this was a great place to stay for a few days in between busy parks. we had plenty of space, it was clean and the pool was not crowded. my kids played for hours. we would totally stay here again. as kids gets older will be a great place to stay when going to the parks.
We enjoyed our stay. It’s not to far from the parks and very good food. It was great that we had a pool and other things to do on the resort. The house was just as the pictures. Very clean and beautiful. Thank you!
Our entire group, aged 6-64, enjoyed the pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were lots of restaurants and stores in the area. My family would like to stay here next year as well.
